Notice was given on 9 January 2026, that the Annual General Meeting of the Keyworth Cricket Club will take place on Friday 23 January 2026, commencing promptly at 7.00pm in the 'Old' Pavilion. The meeting is open to all Full Playing members, Officials, Parents of Junior members and Vice Presidents.

The business of the AGM will be:
1) Apologies for Absence.
2) Confirm the Minutes of the previous AGM and any General Meetings held since the last AGM.
3) Any Matters Arising from the Minutes (please send in any questions to the minutes circulated prior to the meeting as there is not time in the schedule to do a formal ‘page turn’).
4) Any Relevant Correspondence Received since the AGM notification.
5) Declarations of Interest.
6) Chair’s Report on Club Activities since the 2025 AGM to include an update on KSA and Ground Development.
7) Review and approve the 'Club Objectives' for 2026.
8) Approve the Updated Club Constitution & Organisational structure for 2026.
9) Receive the Accounts for the Year 2025 & review and approve the Budget for 2026.
10) Review Club Subscription and Match Fee rates and approve for 2026.
11) Elect the Officers of the Club to serve for 2026.
12) Any Other Business - please send any requests for any other business.

Please notify the club President, Chair, Secretary or Membership Secretary if you are able to attend, or if you are not able to attend and you are giving apologies for absence. Everyone to do that will be sent the relevant documentation pertaining to 6-11 above by email at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
